Hehehe- das nenne ich einen mitdenkenden Mann ;-) Jim hat die Schokolade, die er mir mitbringen wollte nach der Verpackung ausgesucht – Zitat: “Und vielleicht kannst Du ja aus der Schachtel auch was machen.” Das muß natürlich belohnt werden – LOL. ich habe aus der Metallschachtel eine StifteDose für meine Nichte gemacht. Das Office Supplied Papier ist von Imagination Project und ist bei Scrapmuse erhältlich.

Hehehe- this is what I call a thoughtful man ;-) Jim presented me chocolate which he chose because of the package – quote: “And maybe you can make something out of the tin.” This has to be done of course – LOL. Einige von Euch werden es ja vielleicht gehört haben, Martha Stewart, die ja ein Näschen für geldeinbringende Projekte hat :-), hat in Zusammenarbeit mit EK-Success eine Scrapbook-Produkt-Palette herausgebracht, die auch über Michael’s, einer großen Bastel- und Hobbykette bezogen werden kann.

Well I’m sure that you heard that Martha Stewart – who always knows which products are rainmaking – has a new Scrapbooking product line with EK-Success which is available at Michael’s.

Es gab viele negative Stimmen über die Produkte aber auch positive und meine Neugierde war geweckt. Als ich dann in den Staaten war, habe ich mir die Sachen einmal angesehen (und irgendwie sind auch ein paar Dinge in meinen Korb geprungen) und…bin zu folgendem Ergebnis gekommen: Schön :-) Also sagen wir es so – in typischer Martha-Eleganz sind die Produkte hergestellt worden. Das Papier und die Sticker etc. hauen mich nun nicht vom Hocker – aber…die Basics, die sie natürlich nicht neu erfunden hat, bestechen durch Design und Praktikabilität und darüberhinaus mit ihrem Preis. Auch die Stempel gefielen mir besonders mit dem annehmbaren Preis von 12,99 Dollar. Absolutes Highlight für mich die Acrylplatte mit Gitternetzlinie und aufklebbaren Griff (auch ein super Peis mit 14,99 Dollar) – funzt super! Hier ein Foto meiner Goodies. Einzig das weiße Inkpad ist nicht so der Bringer ;-)

There had been a lot of negative and positive posts about Martha Stewart’s products and this made me curious. So when I was in the States I took a look (some of those things just jumped in my basket) and this is what I think: Nice! :-) Let me state it this way – the things are produced in the typical “Martha-Elegance” – for the perfect housekeeper. Paper and Stickers are not exceptional …but…I really liked her basics although she didn’t reinvent those. They won me over though with their design and how practical they are and….furthermore with their price. I also really loved the stamps – price 12.99 $ – but my absolute highlight is the acrylic stamp mount with a grid and a handle! (14.99 $) – works great!!! Here is a photo of my goodies. Only the white ink pad doesn’t work to good.

Ha- nu habe ich den Anschluß also wieder- meine Karte für Woche 19 – Ãœberraschung. Ja, wer mag denn wohl keine Ãœberraschungen – angefangen bei Ãœberraschungseiern, unerwarteten Geschenken, Briefen und Paketen ;-)

Here I caught up – my card for week 19 – surprise. And who doesn’t like surprises – well good ones of course – starting with kinder eggs, presents, letters and packages ;-)

Ok – also gleich Karte für die 18. Woche hinterher – Natur – noch so ein Zufall, denn in dieser Woche war ich in Vermont, USA – in der Pampa um genau zu sein (ich liebe das ja, aber Ihr wißt ja, ich bin ein Städter ;-) ) Ich liebe es also in der Natur zu sein, aber wohne möchte ich in der Stadt.
Ok- here we go with the card for week 18 – Nature – another funny coincidence as I have been in Vermont that week – in the sticks to be more accurate (I loved it – but you know I’m a city person ;-) ) I love being in nature but I want to live in the city.
