Workshops in Germany – Scrapbook-Werkstatt Photos

What a fun and exciting weekend. We made our way to Frankfurt last Friday evening where we were picked up by Tina and Mireia the wonderful store owners of Scrapbook-Werkstatt.

Was für ein lustiges und aufregendes Wochenende. Wir haben uns am Freitag abend auf den Weg nach Frankfurt gemacht, wo wir von Tina und Mireia, den wunderbaren ShopBesitzern der Scrapbook-Werkstatt abgeholt worden.

Saturday I taught a layout workshop called “Fernweh” . The main focus of the layout was on the usage of different patterend papers, design principles and Tattered Angels’ Glimmer Mist Basics.

Samstag unterrichtete ich einen Layout-Workshop mit dem Namen “Fernweh”. Das Hauptziel des Workshops war es den Umgang mit unterschiedlich gemusterten Papieren, Design Prinzipien und Tattered Angels’ Glimmer Mist Basics zu erlernen.

We had a delicious Tapas Lunch made by Mireias Mama – soooo good!

Wir hatten zum Mittagessen köstliche Tapas, die Mireias Mama gemacht hatte- sooo guut!

Mireia and Tina had organized the whole weekend in such a wonderful way and really took care of us – they are the sweetest!

Mireia und Tina haben das Wochenende grandios organisiert und haben uns wirklich verwöhnt – sie sind die Besten!

Our youngest guest – Tinka – ohhhh I was nearly taking her with me :)

Sunday I taught my Mini-album workshop “Love is…” – lot’s of Tattered Angels Products – Glimmer Mist, Stencils and Stamps

Sonntag unterrichtete ich meinen Mini-album Workshop “Love is…” -viele Tattered Angels Produkte – Glimmer Mist, Stencils und Stempel

Our only – but amazing – male scrapper loved the Glimmer Mists a lot

Unser einziger – aber großartiger – männlicher Scrapper liebte die GlimmerMists besonders

But it put a smile on other’s face too :)

Aber es hat auch bei anderen ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht gezaubert :)

Ich denke die Beiden haben später gelächelt – LOL

The little downer came later when we learned that due to a hurricane most of the flights- including ours was cancelled – as well as the trainstation closed and the highway. Well – we made it home 5 hours later- so we were lucky- but it was adventureous :)

Der einzige Streß kam ein wenig später als wir feststellen mußten, dass wegen des Orkans die meisten der Flüge – und natürlich auch unserer- gestrichen worden waren – na ja und der Bahnhof und die A3 waren ja ebenfalls dicht. Wir haben es aber 5Stunden später doch nach hause geschafft – war nur ein wenig abenteuerlich :)

Wear your Adhesives on the Outside

There are so many fun things that you can do with products by SCRAPBOOK ADHESIVES BY 3L . So this month I am teaming up with my wonderful friend Liz Hicks on a month long quest to share with you just how much fun you can have “Wearing your adhesive on the Outside”. I’m really fortunate to work with Liz on several different teams and I love her gorgeous work and amazing ideas and skills! Check out her blog If you don’t know Liz, YOU NEED TO! She is awesome and totally talented, I absolutely adore her.. Check out her blog here. When Liz found out that I joined the  SCRAPBOOK ADHESIVES BY 3L design team she told me about her cool idea of doing a blog hop, asked me if I would join and we decided to make March our month to share some of our favorite techniques using this fabulous adhesive.

So be sure to check us out each Monday as we share our favorite techniques with SCRAPBOOK ADHESIVES BY 3L products. Next week we will be using the craft and photo tape!

    abgesehen davon, dass ich wieder was gelernt habe durch dein video muss ich sagen: es ist genial. ich liebe diese schnelllaufeffekt und dazu der sound (woher hast du den oder besser wer oder was ist das genau?)!! lernen mit spaßfaktor!

    Ich liebe es total, wie du mit türkis umgehst. Und diese ganzen Schmettis sind zu schön. Für das Video muss ich allerdings noch mal wiederkommen, grad ist mal wieder ein “Störfaktor” aufgetaucht *gg*.

    hi nat!

    hat viel spaß gemacht am wochenende und ich ho9ffe, dass ich diese woche noch mit dem tollen album fertig werde, mal sehen ob es so schön wird wie bei dir!!!

    seid ihr gut nach hause gekommen?? ging der flieger… es wurden ja so viele flüge wegen dem sturm abgesagt!!
