I signed in after January 2 and I still didn’t get my newsletter to see the video and pages  everyone is talking about, why is that so?

Newsletters are sent out with the new JumpStarter on their day at 1pm CET (MEZ) /5am EST. If you signed up after that time you will get the next JumpStarter. Some days are JumpStart FREE. The initial sign up cut off date was December 31st, but we decided to give you a later chance, however, we can’t sent manually more emails out every time more people signed up- we are sure you understand. By the end of the Jump Start you will get a compilation of all JumpStarters and you can access the JumpStart till mid year.

How can I see the Jump Starters I missed if I don’t want to wait till the end of the month?

That is unfortunate…LOL – you should have signed up earlier wink . Just kidding

I got the newsletter and my password- but I cannot access the page

The password in the Newsletter is case-sensitive. Copy and paste the password and enter it without spaces. If you do that and it is still a problem- try a bit later again – every time the newsletter gets out, there are many hits on the page and it might be sometimes a problem for the server (or so…little do I know about those things )

I made a comment, but it doesn’t show up

This is simply because I have to approve every comment if you are commenting for the very first time. It will as soon as I got around to approve it. No worries

I sent you an email but you didn’t reply

We have literally thousands of subscribers – while I really try to stay on top of things- I cannot provide emails anymore that contain technical questions. I am sorry – I spent many hours the frist day answering every email by hand but I have a other assignments to take care of too. If it is a question you sent that has nothing to do with technical problems- be assured I will answer- I just need to tackle my inbox and I’m in full preparation for CHA also

Please keep also in account time differences- when you are in California and write me in the afternoon – I’m slumbering in my dreams of wonderful creative adventures here in Germany

Patience my friends

I am on the page, but I cannot access the video

That is a problem that seems to occur once in a while. Here are the most common reasons or solutions:

1. copy and past the password that is provided above the video – not the one in the newsletter.

2. If you are on a mobile device – that might be the problem- try from a desktop computer at home.

3. If you are trying from work or you try from a computer with lot’s of firewalls – that might not work

4. Maybe your Internet Browser is not updated – try to update or try a different browser. One person said, she couldn’t watch on Internet Explorer but then Firefox was fine.

If all that fails please understand that we are a group of artists that used a variety of platforms. I as a single person cannot provide technical support, nor can I  answer every single email trying to figure out why this doesn’t work. It is not that I don’t want to…I simple have not the knowledge. This is a free offer and it is the first time we are doing this- so I hope you believe we try everything to make it work

Some Jump Starters did not a video and if the Jump Start is brought to you with a give-away- there is not video either.
