Store Policies for Physical Products
If you live in the United States, you can order directly from this site. The shipping rate is based on your shopping cart total.
Please Note that as of October 2021, the USPS has announced that shipping delivery times are 30% longer and shipping costs have increased while the USPS works to modernize their practices and fleet. Please be patient and know that we are doing everything we can to get you your orders out as quickly and economically as possible.
If you require international shipping, your shipping is calculated by weight and destination. Oversized items such as artwork may require special shipping. At this time we cannot ship physical products to the UK, Australia, or New Zealand but customers may still sign up for Online Workshops.

I ship weekly. Normal shipping time is 2-3 weeks domestically. Please be aware that shipping times can be longer due to carrier delays.
I will email you when your order has shipped. A 6.625% sales tax will be added to orders in New Jersey.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me and we will make an arrangement that suits both of us. Please note that I am not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Your contact and shipping information will always be kept private and not shared with anybody.

Digital products, downloads, online workshops, and video purchases are not refundable!
Do I have to spend my entire Online Gift Card at once?
If your gift card wasn’t used in total the remaining money can be used later.
What happens if my order total is higher than my Online Gift Card amount?
You will be prompted to pay the excess amount via credit card or Paypal.
Can I get a refund on my Online Gift Card ?
We cannot offer refunds on the purchase of an Online Gift Card.
Codes must be redeemed before their expiration date and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Other exclusions may apply.

What information do I collect?
I collect information from you when you place an order or subscribe to my newsletter.
When ordering or subscribing on my site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit my site anonymously.
What do I use your information for?
Any of the information I collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To personalize your experience (Your information helps me to better respond to your individual needs)
- To improve customer service (Your information helps me to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)

- To provide you log-ins for your purchased workshops on my website
- To send periodic emails (The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.)
If you decide to opt-in to our newsletter, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter, I include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each newsletter.
How do I protect your information?
I implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information. I offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into my payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
I am in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act) in the U.S., I do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. My site, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
