The package I got from Scraptivate was pure deligth -I had such a blast doing my projects for them!
Das Paket von Scraptivate war einfach Sahne- ich hatte einen solchen Spaß meine Projekte zu gestalten!
This is a wooden shadowbox for the wall. I used the German Scraps, Rub’nBuff, the metal clock and the Glass Beads from Scraptivate. Other than that some of Donna Salazzars Papers and Candy Rosenbergs Steampunk Stamps. Tattered Angels Glimmer Glam, Glimmer Mist and Glimmer Glaze.
I painted the German Scraps – black – with golden acrylic paint, wiped it off when it was only partly dry and then also used some of the RubNBuff- to have actually three different colors in it. I also used the RubNBuff on the Foam Letters- Cushies bei Pink Paislee.
This is a wooden shrine that was included in the kit and that I had to put together- I loved it so much! I also used German Scraps, Rub’nBuff, a metal clock and Golden Glass Beads. Other than that some of Donna Salazzars Papers, Crafty Secrets Fairy Sheet and Tattered Angels Glimmer Glam and Chalkboard, also Crackle Accents.
This shrine is symbolic for how in our childhood we just do believe in ourselfs and be ourselfs but when we are growing up we loose all the confidence and this shatters. So this is what I called the Childhood Shrine- as a reminder.
the journaling reads:
…and she was reminded once again on her path to NOT pick up the deadly toadstools.
Using German Scraps, Golden Glass Beads, Tattered Angels Glimmer Glaze and Chalkboard.
Paper is by Studio2Mer.
Hope you liked it :)
Hoffe es hat Euch gefallen :)
