Einige von Euch haben es sich ja schon nach dem gestrigen Post gedacht – ich habe “sie” gekauft. “Sie” hat mich gestern den ganzen Tag begleitet und macht total viel Spaß ;)
Some of you got it already after yesterday’s post – I bought it. I had a good friend all day yesterday and had a lot of fun ;)
Mein bevorzugtes Model war erst recht interessiert, welche überdimensionale Kette mir denn am Hals hängt und hat sich geduldig ablichten lassen.
My favorite Model was at first pretty interested in the über dimensional pendant around my neck and was really patient being photographed.
Er hat sich auch gewundert, dass seine “Gemüseerkundung” von mir nicht mit dem üblichen Klatschen in die Hände und lauten Unmutsäußerungen begleitet worden – nein – da wurde schlicht draufgehalten mit der Kamera :-)
He might have wondered why his little “caught in the act” moment – where he was paying a bit too much attention to our veggies in the sink – wasn’t followed by the usual clapping in hands and saying loud and grumpy words. He was just photographed ;)
Aber nach einer Weile hat er echt sauer geschaut wenn ich ankam. Wenn Blicke töten könnten und die Krallen schien er auch schon rauszufahren.
But after a while he looked pretty annoyed when I came. “If looks could kill I’m a-dead now” !
Ich muß noch viel üben und lernen- aber ich freue mich riesig über meine neue Kamera!
I have to try and learn a lot – but I’m really happy about my new camera!
Das sind ja nur geniale Fotos! Ich wünschte mein Model würde sich auch mal so fotografieren lassen;)) Viele Spaß noch mit der Kamera!

These are fabulous! Your kitty looks as happy about getting his picture taken as my kids do most of the time!! And too funny about taking pictures instead of kitty getting in trouble, I do that too. :D

Entscheidungen, Entscheidungen – LOL. Ich trage mich mit dem Gedanken eine schöne Nikon 60D zu kaufen! Brauche ich sie? Brauchen, brauchen…nicht wirklich – ich habe eine Kamera, keine SLR aber sie funkioniert! Möchte ich sie? Aber HALLO! Ich habe einen schönen Bonus an der Arbeit erhalten und das wäre jetzt genau die Gelegenheit….oh mannnnnnnnn ….LOL! Ich denke mal noch ein wenig drüber nach!
Decisions, Decisions – LOL. I’m thinking of getting a nice Nikon 60D! Do I need it?Need, need…not really – I do have a camera – not a SLR – but it works! Do I want it? Oh YES! I got a nice bonus at work and this would be the right opportunity…ohhhh boy….LOL! I will weigh this a little bit more!

Samstag in einer Woche habe ich Geburtstag und das ist immer etwas schwierig für mich. Mein Stiefpapa hatte ja am Tag vor mir Geburtstag und seit er gestorben ist, bin ich ob der Erinnerungen immer sehr traurig die Woche davor. Oft haben wir gemeinsam Feiern geplant und wir haben uns gegenseitig aufgezogen mit angeblichen Witzgeschenken und ich wurde gebeten ihm ein neutrales Geschenkpapier zu verpassen, damit er es auch für mein Geschenk wieder verwenden könne. All so Kleinigkeiten. Fröhlich stimmt aber, dass ich dieses Jahr mit Schwägerin,Schwager, Neffe und Nichte feiern kann, die uns aus den USA besuchen kommen. Ich mache daher mal eine Woche Blog-Urlaub! Ich sehe Euch dann in einer Woche!!!
Saturday in a week is my birthday and the week before is always a bit sad for me. My beloved stepdad had his birthday a day before mine and he died 1998. We have often had planned a party together- tying young and old together, made fun of each other with fun presents the weeks before and he never forgot to tell me to use neutral colored wrapping paper for his present so that he could use it the other day for mine too. All those little memories. This year I have a happy feature though, my sister in law, my brother in law, niece and nephew are coming from the States and party with me. And therefore I will take a week long break from blogging! See you in a week!!!
