Journaling: Nothing wrong with a nice beer at Russian River in Santa Rosa, CA after hops picking with the crew and friends. September 2006.
Supplies: Dream Street Papers, Basic Grey, Fancy Pants Felt. I used a petroleum jelly resist technique on the background.

Again with a negative of the Fancy Pants Felt using as a stencil for the heart on the burlap.

Journaling: We stopped at Hot Dog Johnny’s on the way to the Poconos, PA. It’s been an instution since 1944 – grab some Hot dogs and a huge mug of birch beer and watch all the other people around. What a fun und unhealthy place- LOL.
Und hier ist Numero 4 zur PhotoChallenge – diese Woche habe ich mir als Thema “Sport” ausgesucht. Es gibt bestimmt einen Sportclub, eine Mannschaft die Ihr favorisiert an dem Ort an dem Ihr lebt. Sei es die lokale Fußballmannschaft Eures Sohnes, das Fitnessstudio wo Ihr Euch austobt, der Joggingpfad den Ihr morgens besucht – irgendetwas, dem Ihr wo Ihr wohnt das mit Sport zu tun hat und dem Ihr etwas abgewinnen könnt.
And here is number four of the photochallenge – this week I chose the theme “Sports”. There must be a sportsclub, a team you love at the place you are living. Maybe it is your local soccerteam where your son is in, the gym you visit weekly, the jogging path your conquer every morning – there must be something where you live that has something to do with sports and what you like.
Bei mir ist es der FC St. Pauli (auch wenn “wir” leider gestern gegen 1860 München) verloren haben. Es ist Sinnbild meines Viertels- der Fußball Club der Underdogs – das Zeichen des Totenkopfes mit den gekreuzten Knochen – der Spaß wie gestern nach dem Wandern mit lauter Leuten in der Kneipe zu sitzen und das Team in München auf der Leinwand anzufeuern. Das Publikum gemischt – vom Punk bis zum Szenetypen -, das Team und die Fans aktiv gegen Rechts -ÂÂ das fasziniert mich an diesem Team. Und es ist überall – manchmal schlicht auf einer Bank :-)
For me it is the FC St. Pauli (even though “we” lost against 1860 Munich yesterday). This teamÂÂ is a big part of my area- the soccer team of the underdogs – the sign with the skull and the crossed bonesÂÂ – the fun like yesterday to sit in the bar after hiking and cheer for the team that played in Munich. The fans are mixed- from Punk to Scene – the team and fans active against Facism – this is what fascinates me with this team. It is everywhere – sometimes just plain on a bank in a park :-)

Wow deine Karte ist echt klasse!
Ich war mit 18 die typische Rockerbraut :-) zerfetzte Jeans, Cowboy Stiefel, lange unordentliche Haare, Tatoos und nen coolen Motoradtypen :-) Meine Mutter wäre beinahe aus allen Wolken gefallen aber ich erinnere mich gerne an die Zeit :-)) Hoffe nur meine Jungs werden nicht ganz so wild wie ich !!!

Ich war ja eher die Tussi-Popper-Schiene,bis so ein Seitenscheidel richtig liegt braucht man jede Menge Haarspray,haha!!
