I don’t have a Art book collection as of yet. I do have a huge cookbook collection. I do have Rhonda’s book on my Amazon wish list. I hope this will book will be the start of a Art book collection for me.

I have a few favourite art books to which I constantly return. At the moment it is Doodles Unleashed by Traci Bautista and Surface Treatment Workshop by Darlene Olivia Mc Elroy and Sandra Duran Wilson. I never seem to have enough of them. I also regularly buy Somerset publications.

Dabei…or…always at my side

is this crazy cat…

supplies: 7 Gypsies; Heidi Swapp Letters; Embelishment: Scrapware; Tattered Angels Glimmer Glaze; SCRAPBOOK ADHESIVES by 3L 3D Foam Pads, E-Z Runner;  Canvas Fabric

Apparently he likes to sit on everything that takes attention from him. My projects, my studio, my kindle, my books and so on….LOL. I think this is a message….Well I know he likes to have me around so that he can ignore me ;)

Have a fun day!

I love this page! (^ ^) My cat, of course, is the king of the house. Everything is his, my books, my papers, my buttons, my threads and my glue. He loves glue! I don’t know why I write “my, my, my” if all the things are from him :D

one reason i don’t have a cat is because i’m afraid to get my feelings hurt all the time by being ignored ;) our friends have one that looks almost like yours and it’s a cutie so i can imagine your cat is a sweetheart as well.
i really like this layout a lot!

Very cute! Love the colors and how the background paper mimics his gold colored eyes! Reminds me of when our giant dog used to sit directly in front of the TV screen and bug out his eyes to demand attention. Animals are the best!

Hi Nat! Mine (well, 1 of my 2 kitties) does it all the time! It makes me nervous when I quilt, because he sits so close to the sewing machine I could almost stitch his ears to my quilts! Still I think it’s a call for attention… I’m sure he would like me to drop all my creative activities (and computing) so I can devote myself to him ;-)

Rumor has it

This title is actually from a song by Adele- which I love really a lot. The song also speaks to me :) The layout was published in the Fall ScrapArtZine.

Dieser Titel ist entliehen von einem Song von Adele – welchen ich wirklich sehr mag. Der Song spricht mich einfach an :) Das Layout war zu sehen in der letzten ScrapArtZine.

Journaling: Sometimes I notice that someone I barely know tells stupid stuff about me. After short anger I get reminded – telling stupid stuff is probably their only joy in their miserable life – so let them have their short happy moment!

Material: Pink Paislee Paper, Crafters Workshop Stencil, Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist, Glimmer Glaze and Chalkboard, German Scraps, Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, Prima Marketing Letters,
