It has been such a blast and the community is so much fun! Loving all the projects everyone is sharing based on the Creative JumpStart videos! I am so sad that the live event is ending tomorrow.     Hi Nathalie! I just paid for CJS 2016 but I think I got too much discount. PayPal gave me a receipt for only $40 payment. Very nice, but I want to pay you the correct amount which I believe should be $45 with the earlybird discount. Let me know how to get you the extra $5. Thank you for doing this again. So excited that everything is downloadable this year. Thank you thank you.

Creative JumpStart Meetups in 3 Countries

This post just makes me so happy and giddy  :)

For Creative JumpStart I had joined together with some stores to organize official Creative JumpStart Meet-Ups. And how cool is that – stores from three different countries participated:  in the USA, Canada and The Netherlands. Everyone participating was a Jumper and had signed up for Creative JumpStart 2015 online and the stores provided materials and space to indulge in one of the projects or techniques shown in Creative JumpStart 2015 on a certain day. Wouldn’t it be awesome if there was some day some kind of huge CJS event worldwide ?  Like a tourbus with all 21 artists doing Mixed Media Retreats based on CJS – LOL- that is one crazy idea ;) Well…one can dream right? ;) Have an awesome weekend!

    The only acrylic media I have is acrylic paint in tubes. Can I still jump?

      yes you can – you might not be able to do all jumpstarts, but you will learn a lot about other acrylic media and can then decide which you might want to purchase in the future to make your acrylic paints go further :)

Please forgive me my friends, that my blog is awfully quiet at the moment…the last couple months I have been working non-stop on Creative Jumpstart, and a lot of the projects I cannot show quite yet ;) I can promise you though – there will be lot’s of awesome stuff coming up.

…but hey…meanwhile – … Join me!

Creative Jumpstart 2015 will be the best so far :) I am totally in awe at all the videos by the artists- you will love them – AND next week I will head out to the Liquitex HQ and help picking out the giveaways for CJS ….maybe I post some tiny pictures from there ;) (and by the way the giveaways will be not tied to challenges this time – per popular demand :) )

 

Right now I am taking a short break to celebrate my great aunt’s 95th Birthday in Germany . I surprised her yesterday and it was a great day. Here are some selfies of aunt Margot and me – she was impressed by the capability of cell phones to take photos while seeing yourself and told me “We have come a long way since 1919” …LOL
