Inspiration from Around the Globe

Happy Halloween! This Tuesday we’re taking a break from our Creative Squad (they will be back next week with a new theme to play with!) to bring you fun projects from some of you :) I am always excited to see how you use my products in your own projects and even more excited to share some of the beautiful and creative examples of these with you today. Enjoy this inspiration from around the globe!

First up is a beautifully colored jigsaw puzzle from Judi Kauffman in the US that uses my Crackle stencil for some background texture. What a cool project!

From Jacqueline van Zuiden in the Netherlands, we have a colorful and fun birthday card that uses the stamp and stencil from my Bird Foam Stamp set.

Here is a super cool cityscape from Andrea Braun in Germany that uses my Urban Scribble foam stamp set and my Mish Mesh stamp set (sold out now, but you can get a similar look from my new Central Avenue foam stamps).

Next up is a beautiful art journal page from Allison Leigh in the US that uses my Versailles stencil for some background pattern.

Finally, here is a gorgeous card from Anna Ekman in Sweden that uses my Mark Making stamps as a really cool focal element.

Let me know if you’re using my stamps and stencils in your projects – I would love to showcase your work here!

Inspiration from Around the Globe

This Tuesday we’re taking a break from our Creative Squad (they will be back next week with a new theme to play with!) to bring you some super fun projects from around the world. As you may know, my stamps and stencil designs are available for purchase online and maybe even in your local craft store, so crafters and mixed media artists and art journalers from around the world are using them. I am always excited to see how YOU use my products in your own projects. I am even more excited to share some of the beautiful and creative examples of these projects with you today. Enjoy this inspiration from around the globe!

First we have a super fun idea from one of our Creative Squad members, Marsha Valk from the Netherlands, for an Easter-themed table runner. Although Easter was last month, this is still a fantastic way to use my stencils on a project that can dress up your table for any occasion. Marsha uses a whole slew of my stencils, including Buenos Aires, Santiago, Mesa Verde, Manhattan, Amsterdam, Toledo, and Chicago for a variety of cool patterns.

In honor of Spring, we have a gorgeous stenciled flower pot from Jean Dunning of Connecticut using my Santa Fe stencil. If you like this idea, stay tuned – we coincidentally have a similar project planned here at nStudio later this month ;)

Here’s an art journal page from Angie Winkler in Oklahoma using my Urban Scribble stamp set and my Chicago Positive Negative foam stamp set to create a beautiful urban sunset. I love the contrast and colors on this one, and the creative use of the Chicago stamps for the sky!

From the Netherlands, Jacqueline van Zuiden brings us a really cute gift for her new great nephew that all started with my Elephant foam stamp. It’s super happy and I love the message :)

Join us again next Tuesday for another great project from one of our Creative Squad members!  They will be working with a new theme for May.  And in the meantime, share with me what you’ve been working on with my stamps and stencils.  I would love to feature your project in an upcoming post!

Mary Beth Shaw had some fun with my NEW Lady Liberty Cling Rubber stamp in her art journal in Missouri, USA.

From Virginia, USA, Dana Tatar created this fun mixed media board using my Bird Foam Stamp set and she cleverly used the trouser stamp from my Fashion Dame Stamp set to create the purple stripes in the background.

Global Tina Walker Pennsylvania

Global Tina Walker PA 2

From Pennsylvania, our newest Creative Squad member Tina Walker demonstrates 2 really cool ways to use my Fashion Dame stamp set. First she casts adorable little resin jackets to use on some really sweet tags and then she puts together a fresh looking art journal page.

Global Judi Kauffman 1 Global Judi Kauffman 2

Here are a couple of envelopes by Judi Kauffman in Maryland using my Bird Foam Stamp set.  I just love how she used all the pieces in the set, including the stencil, to create these charming envelopes. Wouldn’t you love to find one of these in your mailbox?

Elephant Parade Metal

Metal Artist Elitia Hart from Calgary, Canada, used my Elephant Parade stencil in this very original metal embossing project.  This is a very creative use of the stencil and I highly recommend checking out her video below explaining her process.  It is long but definitely worth watching as it is a real step by step class!

Cool, right?

Global Inspiration Asia King Fashion Dame Card

From the UK:  I absolutely love Asia King’s use of my Fashion Dame stamp set for this mixed media panel.  Her combination of neon green, that cool Caution stamp, and my Fashion Dame really made for an image with a lot of attitude.  It goes great with my word of the year ;)

Global Inspiration Frieda O Fashion Dame

Frieda Oxenham also from the U.K. paired my Fashion Dame stamp set gal with a funky car and some great colors for a really nifty art journal page.  I love how she built up all those layers in the design to give a real sense of dimensionality.

Global Inspiration Sarah Donawerth Stampington Art Deco

Stampington Magazine based in California, featured a free project using my Art Deco Wallpaper stencil on their website and social media.  You can follow along to create this beautiful journal with a super nice textured cover!

Global Inspiration Janelle Stolfus Urban Scribble

Janelle Stollfus in Idaho created this gorgeous card using my Urban Scribble stamp set.  I love how she filled in the cityscape to make it her own.  The little touches really give it a personalized look that is so unique.

Global Inspiration Eeva Urban Scribble-2

And finally, here is Eeva from Sweden, purchasing one of my Urban Scribble Stamp sets at her local craft store!  So fun to see all of you shopping for my designs and inspiring us with your creativity :)
